We have identified an issue affecting the bellows of our digital accordion, Fisa Suprema, where in some cases the bellows may begin to detach.

Our internal investigation suggests that the issue may be caused by the strength of certain plastic components used in the instrument’s construction. These components appear to have been introduced starting with production in November. However, we cannot definitively confirm that only units produced after that time are affected.

To help customers determine whether their instrument may be affected, please refer to the list of serial numbers below. These represent the units most likely to contain the plastic parts in question.

Please note that even if your Fisa Suprema is not included in this list, and you are experiencing the same bellows detachment issue, you are still eligible for free repair service. Kindly contact your local distributor or authorized service center for assistance.
