Tommy Rogers of Between the Buried and Me
"The Korg M50 is a very refreshing keyboard. It is truly focused on getting the job done...it has a very simple user interface, and it features just about any sound one could imagine. The lightweight keys and simple design lead to an amazing on and off-stage experience. I can't imagine needing anything else!"

With a name pulled straight out of the Counting Crows’ track, “Ghost Train,” Between the Buried and Me got their start in Raleigh, NC. This hardcore quintet features founding member Tommy Rogers on lead vocals and keys. Lately Tommy’s been taking full advantage of the sonic variety and easy-to-use features of his Korg TRITON Le and microKORG keyboards. As he explains, “I love how user friendly they are and I love the realistic sounds the patches have...the options are endless.” Tommy and the rest of Between the Buried and Me have been on tour for the last year and a half supporting their most recent release, Colors.
Now off the road, they’re certainly not sitting still, as Tommy reveals, “Right now we are filming a DVD and starting to write a new record.” He continues, “Plus, I’m working on a new project titled, ‘Jacob Rogers.’ It’s collaboration with my friend Jake Troth. We are designing clothes and writing music that go along with the designs. It’s the perfect blend of fashion and sound. A new line will be ready September ‘08 and a seven song EP that you get with the clothes.” Music you can wear? Sounds intriguing! Colors in stores now.
