Without complete information, we may not be able to provide a complete solution! So, please make sure to include the following:
Saving an Apple System Profiler report To save an Apple System Profiler report: 1. Open the Apple System Profiler program. By default, this is installed in the Apple Menu. If you cannot find it there, use the Find command (File->Find, or command-F) to locate the program. 2. Select "New Report" from the File menu. A dialog box will appear, asking what types of information you'd like to include in the report. 3. Make sure that all of the boxes are checked. 4. Press OK. The program will gather the system information. When it is done, a new window will appear, containing the all sorts of helpful information about your system. 5. Select "Save" from the File menu to save the file. Saving a Microsoft System Information report To save a Microsoft System Information report: 1. Open the Microsoft System Information program. By default, this is installed in Start->Programs->Accessories->System Tools. A window will appear, showing information about the system. 2. Select "Save" from the File menu to save the information. Use the default file type, MSInfo.
