The OASYS PCI's polyphony depends upon the synthesis algorithm being used, and to a lesser extent on the current sample rate (you'll get about 8% more processing power at 44.1 kHz than at 48 kHz). It also depends on how many and what type of effects are being used, since synths and effects share the same DSP processing power. For instance, the Hammond organ model is fully polyphonic, with all 61 voices playable simultaneously - and it uses only a single DSP, so you could use four of them together if you like, for a total of 244 voices. At the other end of the spectrum, the "Pro Synth" model allows 8 voices at once (3 more than the original!). See the chart below for details on specific algorithms.
