Their compound, aptly named VICELAND will be an official lounge during SXSW Interactive, with live music every night, and will turn into an official showcasing venue during SXSW Music. In Vice's own words: "It's going to melt your face and then your laptop, and anyone else's face or laptop within your vicinity."
